His focus is helping leaders understand their valuation drivers, eliminate uncertainty, and pursue outcomes that reflect the true worth of what they have built.
Marlik’s background spans deal sourcing, screening, financial analysis, due diligence, and hands-on support throughout the transaction process. He has worked inside real deal environments where structure, discipline, and precise communication determine whether a transaction moves forward. This experience gives him a grounded understanding of how buyers think, what creates leverage in negotiations, and what differentiates a strong company from a premium one.
He holds the Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designations and is trained in value acceleration, succession planning, and institutional-grade M&A frameworks. His approach blends analytical rigor with calm, practical guidance, helping owners make decisions that protect and elevate the value they have created.
Outside of work, Marlik draws inspiration from the arts, including orchestra, piano, ballet, and opera. He enjoys travel, running, and continuous learning, bringing the same curiosity and discipline into the way he supports founders and their companies.
